About Us

We have one mission at Queen Charlotte's Pimento Cheese Royale: creating the world's finest pimento cheese.  We're a family-run company (the whole kingdom consists myself, my wife, my mom and dad, and my best childhood pal) based out of beautiful Charlotte, NC.  Since our founding in early 2014, we've taken a tremendous amount of pride in handcrafting, hand-packing, and hand-delivering/shipping each and every tub of our cheesy-goodness.  

Prior to firing up the Royale, I was an elementary school art teacher for 11 years.  I started the company with a little cash I saved from an appearance on Jeopardy! (true story), and for the past 2 years, we've been growing just as quickly as possible.  We hope you enjoy our products as much as we've enjoyed making them.
